2. Boat Type Recommendations (Anchor Package)

  • Market Research: We analyzes current market trends and available models to recommend suitable boat types (e.g., powerboats, sailboats, yachts, pontoon boats).
  • Comparative Analysis: We provide comparisons of different brands and models, highlighting pros and cons based on the client’s needs.

3. Budgeting and Financing Anchor Package)

  • Cost Estimation: We help outline the total cost of ownership, including purchase price, insurance, maintenance, and docking fees.
  • Financing Options: We assist in financing options, including loans, leases, and payment plans. We work with a great recreational finance company who specializes in boat financing specifically. We have vetted and tested multiple recreational financial firms. They one we have partnered with really stood out and lived up to their reputation. 

4. Boat Selection and Inspection (Anchor Package)

  • Boat Show and Dealer Visits: We arrange visits to boat shows or dealerships to view potential options.
  • Pre-Purchase Inspections: We coordinate professional inspections to assess the condition of used boats, ensuring clients make informed decisions.

5. Negotiation and Purchase (Navigator package)

  • Price Negotiation: We will negotiate on behalf of the client to secure the best possible price and terms.
  • Paperwork Assistance: If needed, we will guide clients through the necessary paperwork, including contracts, registration, and title transfers.

6. Marina and Storage Solutions (Navigator Package)

  • Marina Recommendations: We will identify a suitable marinas based on the client’s location, budget, and desired amenities.
  • Storage Options: We advice on winter storage or dry docking solutions if applicable.

7. Post-Purchase Support (Captain's Choice Package)

  • Orientation and Training: We arrange for training on boat operation, safety, and maintenance.

This package includes everything in the Anchor, Navigator & Captain's Choice (1-8)

$599.99 deposit

Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

  • These terms and conditions govern the relationship between [Your Business Name] ("Consultant") and the client ("Client") regarding boat consulting services.

2. Services Provided

  • The Consultant offers services including, but not limited to, boat selection, market research, financing assistance, inspections, negotiations, and post-purchase support.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for consulting services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be specified.
  • 50% is upfront and difference is owed at the completion of the contract. 
  • The consultant will provide in person assistance, travel expenses are excluded from prices above. These costs, contingent upon client approval, will be added to the final invoice.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • The Client is responsible for any decisions made based on the Consultant's advice.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the consulting process.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Consultant is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the Client's decisions or actions based on the Consultant's advice.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

9. Amendments

  • The Consultant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By engaging the Consultant's services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
